Firewatch is a first person adventure video game developed and published by Campo Santo by Panic for Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux and PlayStation 4. It was the first video game by both companies. Firewatch follows the story of a fire lookout following the Yellowstone fires of 1988.
Firewatch takes place in the desert of Wyoming in 1989. Players take the role of Henry (voiced by Rich Sommer), a fire lookout that is assigned to its own tower in Shoshone National Forest. Through the exploration of the area around, Henry has discovered clues to the mysterious events in the area that are related to the sacking of his tower while on a routine patrol and a shadow that appears from time to time the watch from afar.
